Lucy and Prateek will celebrate their wedding on Wednesday, 1st October 2025, at the beautiful Conti di San Bonifacio Wine Resort in Tuscany (Grosseto), Italy.

To make the most of this special occasion, we’re planning a welcome dinner the evening before, on Tuesday, 30th September, and a BBQ the day after, on Thursday, 2nd October, for those who can join us for the full celebrations.

Please RSVP by 30th June to help us finalise the details and provide you with accommodation information. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated!

For the arrival day, guests are encouraged to wear stylish yet relaxed attire suitable for an outdoor evening in October. For the wedding day, formal black tie attire is encouraged, with layers recommended for warmth as the party extends into the night. For the post-wedding BBQ, relaxed clothing is appropriate, with swimwear optional for those who wish to use the pool. Since the wedding will be on grass and gravel (plus a wooden dance floor), we recommend choosing shoes that are appropriate. For more details, please see the programme.

During the wedding events, Lucy and Prateek have arranged a transfer service to provide transportation to and from the venue as part of the wedding programme. This will ensure you can easily and comfortably get to the celebrations and back to your accommodation. Details and timings will be shared at the wedding!

Pisa International Airport (PSA) is recommended due to its accessibility and range of flight options.  

The nearest airports to Conti di San Bonifacio Wine Resort in Gavorrano, Italy, are:

• Pisa International Airport (PSA): Approximately 1.5 hours by car (about 125 km).
• Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO): Approximately 2.5–3 hours by car (about 220 km).
• Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA): Approximately 2.5–3 hours by car (about 210 km).
• Florence Airport (FLR): Approximately 2 hours by car (about 145 km).

There are trains and taxis available to reach the venue from the airport. However, if you plan to make the most of your time in Tuscany and extend your stay to explore the region's rich history and iconic charm, we recommend renting a car. It’s the best way to enjoy the scenic drives and get around with ease.

October is shoulder season in Tuscany, so the weather can be a bit changeable. If it’s sunny, we can expect lovely daytime temperatures of around 25°C, but as the sun sets, it cools down, especially on the hilltop, with evening temperatures dropping to potentially 16°C. If it rains, don’t worry, we’ll move the celebrations indoors to keep everyone comfortable!

Please check your invitation from Lucy and Prateek to see if a plus-one has been included. Children are welcome to join you in Italy! We kindly ask that childcare is arranged for the wedding ceremony and reception so we can focus on celebrating this special moment together. Please let Lucy & Prateek know if you plan to bring children and if you’d like assistance arranging childcare at the venue.

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! If you’d like to bring a card, Lucy, ever sentimental, would absolutely treasure it.
